Xmas dinner for staff and clients donated

The owner of the dining room restaurant ChrisTonite has kindly donated his time and money from a private fundraiser to the Safe Haven Foundation SXM and catered us to a 3-course dinner with matching wines. A total of 11 staff, clients and a baby enjoyed a menu that featured:

  • Pumpkin soup with fresh ginger, crispy baked and whole cream
  • Lamb roast with fresh rosemary, garlic and Martini Bianco sauce with vegetarian eggplant lasagna, fresh spinach and oven baked tomatoes
  • Stir-fried pineapple slices with caramel sauce, vanilla and salted caramel ice cream and whipped cream, flambeed with rum at the table
